Visitors to the Mazak booth can explore four Action Areas, all of which will showcase our ongoing commitment to continuous machining innovation, automation and digital solutions.
SHOP SOLUTIONS
Targeting job shops of any size, the Shop Solutions Action Area features a wide variety of Mazak Ez Series machines. Manufactured in Florence, Kentucky, the machines are compact yet powerful, and the series incorporates full 5-axis models as well as those that offer Multi-Tasking capability. Each Ez machine provides affordable high-quality performance and are automation ready for increased part-production.
HIGH PRODUCTION
Powered by dedicated Mazak MAZATROL SmoothSt controls for unmatched speed and accuracy, our SYNCREX Series of Swiss-style machines featured in the High Production Action Area will demonstrate high-speed production of small, precise parts. The SYNCREX line encompasses machine barstock capacities ranging from 10 mm to 38 mm. Also in the High Production Action Area, the new Mazak HQR 200 MSY NEO will make its North American debut. The machine is Mazak’s first turning center machine platform in the NEO Series line.
MULTI-TASKING
Within the Multi-Tasking Action Area, visitors can experience a wide range of Mazak Multi-Tasking technology, including machines from our unrivaled INTEGREX Series along with the Mazak QUICK TURN 250MSY CNC Turning Center that features milling and Y-axis capability, a direct-drive turret and a rotary tool milling spindle as well as a second turning spindle. Mazak Multi-Tasking allows for DONE IN ONEÒ single-setup part production, and as a result, the machines improve part quality, reduce work-in-progress and significantly shorten production lead times, while reducing overall part costs.
